All About Bang
Shahara Bang Valenzuela Davos—a Georgia native, US Army Veteran, and lifelong advocate for service. She studied Linguistics at San Diego State University, International Business at American Intercontinental University, and is currently pursuing her Master’s at Georgia State University. Her commitment to service has been recognized with The President’s Volunteer Service Award, Junior Service League’s Heart & Hand Award, and a US Army Commendation Medal for service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Bang's professional journey began as a dental hygiene assistant and evolved through roles in international education management, medical education grants, and nonprofit leadership. Highlights include serving as Senior Manager of Medical Education Grants at the American College of Cardiology, leading programs for WOMEN Unlimited, and directing international operations and fundraising for School Group. These diverse experiences shaped her passion for business development with a purpose—helping organizations grow their impact, sustainability, and reach.
Bang founded BIG BANG Elev𝐀𝐈tion to close the gap between innovative technology and the organizations often left behind—especially healthcare providers and nonprofits. Drawing on her own experiences overcoming health challenges and career disruption, she is committed to turning complexity into clarity for leaders who need access, strategy, and support the most. We specialize in helping organizations integrate AI and automation practically and ethically—saving time, reducing burnout, and boosting their capacity to serve. Our hands-on partnership ensures change happens and that results last.
Community service is not just a value to her—it’s her blueprint. She actively serve s with the Junior Service League of Rome, the YMCA, and provide pro-bono consulting to grassroots nonprofits in Rome, GA. She is especially proud of supporting organizations with grant writing, planning, and events—helping those without dedicated staff build capacity and sustainability. For Bang, service and business go hand in hand.
